Player Bio
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I’m vocal and love leading the defense. I read hitters fast, stay low and quick, and always play with a ton of intensity. I’m all about clean serve-receive, tough defense, and hustle.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I’m super competitive and always looking to learn. No matter the situation, I give 100% and stay locked in. I’m more calm and steady than loud and flashy—I focus on reading the game, staying composed, encouraging my teammates, leading by example, and making smart plays to help my team.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
I’m part of Student Council, Holy Rosary Youth Group, Teen Power, Catholic Ministries Club, Key Club, and Besties. I’ve received the Serra Club Youth Service Award, Presidential Honors Society recognition, and High Academic Honors.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I’ve learned to be a leader by communicating clearly and helping my teammates focus during challenging moments. I’ve also grown a lot in teamwork, knowing when to step up and when to support others. Off the court, I volunteer at my church and school, which has taught me how important it is to give back and stay grounded.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
One challenge I’ve recently faced was deciding to leave Circle City mid-season. We were driving six hours round-trip for practice three times a week, which started affecting my schoolwork, sleep, and overall health. It was VERY hard to walk away, but I learned how to advocate for myself and make the best decision for my long-term goals. I’m stronger and more confident because of it.
What type of college are you looking for?
I’m seeking a larger school with elite academics, a competitive volleyball program, and a strong fan base. Ideally, the team would also be involved in community service. I want to be part of a campus where I can grow as a student, an athlete, and a person—and where I feel encouraged and supported both on and off the court.
