Damman doesn’t get cheated on her swings; she likes to run a quick tempo, has a fast arm, and can make the adjustment when she has to on a difficult set. The Lincoln prospect will head into her sophomore season with the size, skill, and power to make an impact for her team. Damman has strong hands, closes the gaps with good footwork, and presses hard to slam down a scoring block.

Damman works hard to get off the net in transition, and she makes urgent, big moves as a blocker when she recognizes the point of attack. She can adjust to a challenging set to give her team a chance to score, and Damman has a live arm when everything is lined up and on time. The Lincoln freshman is focused and active on the court; she is consistently up and available to her setters.
