Please welcome Miss Baklenko officially to the State Rankings.  She is currently ranked as the 65^th best overall prospect in the 2027 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings.  She plays for Prestonwood Christian Academy High School and also for the MadFrog volleyball club.  After transferring from California, she has fit right in to the offensive minded Texas volleyball scene nicely.  It was a no brainer to have her listed due to her super high skill set and insane volleyball IQ.  The ball comes out of her hands very quickly with precise location.  With her foot-speed, the rallies will be fun to watch because her side will always be in system.   What makes her special is how the defense cannot cheat to one hitter because her posture stays the same when she is about to release the ball.  This makes her super deceptive and gives her hitters a one on one situation in order to score with.  Please help us congratulate her on being named one of the best players in the state of Texas. 

Anya is a standout setter who competed all year at a higher level with Sports Academy Volleyball Club Jen-17 Premier, leading her team to an impressive 5th place finish at the AAU 17s Open Nationals. She skillfully orchestrated her offense, delivering graceful sets for Nebraska-bound Manaia’ Ogbechie and UCLA commit Eliana’ Urzua all club season long.

Anya’s performance today showcased her beautiful fundamentals and technical prowess. Her hands demonstrated strength and precision, consistently providing spot-on placements. Although she will be taking her talents to Texas to play with the renowned Madfrog club, college coaches would be wise to add Anya to their early recruitment lists, as she continues to develop into an exceptional player.
