About Ashley

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My coaches have always told me that I am very court aware especially during tournaments. I am very competitive and supportive of my fellow teammates.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Very positive and friendly person. My passion is volleyball so when I meet a player we tend to bond quickly over the love of this sport.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Started Volleyball at 13 and was in my first club. We won several tournaments. Sadly I had a medical condition which sidelined me at the end of the season/ could not play any volleyball or any activity. I was cleared to play again that Sept and had to work 3x as hard to catch up and it paid off. My old club kept my spot open. Now I play for a top team and determined to be a top MB.

What type of college are you looking for?

Would like a college with a great volleyball athletic program and strong options for my major. (which seems to change monthly) I love my volleyball program in High School and can imagine what a program in college would be like.
