Hoffman got pulled up to varsity this past school season as an 8th grader, finishing with 101 kills, 26 blocks, and 95 digs. I had the chance to watch her this club season as well, where she showed her versatility playing a unique six rotation middle role. While she is naturally highly effective and terminal out of the middle, she can also swing effectively from both pins proving she is just a stud for such a young age. Heading into this fall, she’s someone who will make an impact for her team no matter where she’s asked to play.

Hoffmann is a versatile six rotation middle who has the potential to be effective at any front row attacking position. For her age, she shows an impressive high point of contact and a quick arm swing, and contributes on the defensive end as well. She also is an asset from the serving line, delivering a highly effective float that consistently put opponents out of system.
