Ava Athman Ava Athman 5'9" | MB Sauk Rapids | 2024 State MN of Sauk Rapids-Rice had a solid showing despite her team’s 3-1 loss to Sartell-St. Stepehn.

Athman posted 15 kills, two total blocks, nine digs, and 18 serve receptions. Overall, Athman has 216 kills, 11 service aces, 36 blocks, and 120 digs this year.

She hit milestones of 600 kills and 400 digs for her career earlier this season. Athman also surpassed 100 career blocks as a junior, and she has 141 total for her career.

A force in the middle, Athman moves very well around the net and can deliver kills whether right by the net or further back. She has good velocity on her kill attempts.
