Ava was smart and savvy out of the middle for Kaukauna. She fought for every point and worked hard in transition to make herself available every time the ball came over the net. Ava also really impressed me from the service line, where she got numerous aces and stopped up some truly talented passers. When she played defense, Ava had a clean pass and picked up some great balls. Ava is a talented middle and all-around athlete who added value nearly every time she touched the ball.
