Ava has been a setter since I can remember watching her play a couple of years ago, yet never got around to adding her to these rankings. Quick and agile, Ava is often found chasing down balls that a lot of other setters can’t because of that impressive foot speed. I’d like to see a bit more setting variety from Ava in club, as her reps were limited to not-so-solid passers at our showcase a few weeks ago. Nevertheless, her hands are strong, her feet are fast, and she’s trained her way into our purview.
