She plays a major role in the team, providing stability on the backcourt and firepower at the net. Ralston has the profile of a dream outside hitter because she delivers as a libero when it comes to passing and playing defense, but can make a major impact offensively as well. Her ball control and her confidence in first contact are truly remarkable and help her handle her defensive duties very efficiently.
