Avery is playing some excellent volleyball this season. She’s alongside a great group of players but is a crucial part of the team’s overall success. The junior has already surpassed her stats from last year by a longshot, proving that her training over the past year has paid off. She reads the game exceptionally well and has impressive form, which combine to make her an outstanding libero. With more and more liberos serving, Wright has developed a strong serve, helping her rack up over 52 aces so far this season, ranking #8 in Nevada. She is a force in the back row, also doubling as a second setter in out-of-system plays. Wright has consistently demonstrated game after game this season that she is one of the best in the state.
