Miss Shelvin is currently an unranked prospect in the 2029 class according to our Texas State Rankings but that is only because we have not released them yet.  If there is one thing I love on a volleyball team, it is a middle who moves with a purpose.  Bailey has great footwork both laterally and during defensive transition to her touch point.  The fact that she is on time to run a quick attack during her third rotation serve receive formation tells me all I need to know about her speed and ability to understand her role in the offense.  At the net, her blocking and overpass skills are elite.  She can definitely score tons of points without getting the set.  When middles can affect the game in more ways than just swinging, this makes them invaluable for any roster.  I am sure that she will showcase these top tier skills against some of the best freshmen in the state at the event.
