About Blisze
What's your biggest strength as a player, and how does it show up in games?
My biggest strength as a player is my leadership and communication on the court. As a setter, I work hard to stay focused, make quick decisions, and keep my teammates connected during the game. I bring positive energy to the court by encouraging my teammates, communicating throughout each play, and doing my best to help the team succeed.
What are you working to improve right now?
Right now, I’m working on improving my consistency and staying calm during high-pressure moments. As a setter, I want to continue improving my decision-making, trusting my training, and being more patient during rallies. I’m also working on building stronger connections with my hitters so we can work together and play more effectively as a team.
What are you looking for in a college program?
I’m looking for a college program that will help me grow both as a volleyball player and as a student. I want to be part of a team with supportive coaches, strong leadership, and teammates who work hard and support each other. Academically, I’m looking for a school that will help me work toward my goal of becoming a physical therapist while allowing me to continue playing the sport I love.
Outside of your sport, what should coaches know about you?
Outside of volleyball, coaches should know that I am a hardworking and positive person who always tries to improve. I care about my academics, my relationships with others, and being someone my teammates and coaches can rely on. I enjoy learning new things, taking on challenges, and continuing to grow as a person.
What do you want to study, and what career interests you?
I want to pursue a career as a physical therapist. I’m interested in this field because I enjoy learning about how the body works, helping people, and being able to make a positive impact on others. I like that physical therapists help people improve movement, recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain strength and function in their bodies.
