Simpson is the other primary arm on the outside pin for this team. She has experience as a high volume attacker and point scorer through her high school effort for Eastern. This translates well to her aggressiveness and success with this team as an option on the left side and out of the back row if needed. After learning about Simpson recently and seeing some of her action, you can bet she’ll arrive in the Ohio 2028 rankings with the next update. She’s a multi-sport athlete for Eastern, also playing basketball, recently earning all-conference honors. On the volleyball court, she can score through different attack points at the pins or in the middle, and is very effective when the tempo is quicker and can create space for her to drive the ball aggressively. She led Eastern in 2025 at 4.2 k/s, repeating her 2024 freshman campaign.
