About Braxtyn
Expert Analysis
Austin Kingsley | Prep Dig Scout
MDCV has had its share of impressive underclassmen lately. Sturgeon contributes to this narrative from the 2030 class, delivering plenty of clutch backcourt plays for the 21-5 Trojans. Her sprawling digs in the right-back area have become a staple of Sturgeon’s highlight film. Not only is she a calm, steady leader for MDCV’s floor defense, but Sturgeon’s hitter coverage has also kept the ball alive for “recycle” opportunities. This libero is firmly on our radar as her squad climbs the ladder in 1A-II.
