Frint (pictured) gives the Spartans versatility with her ability to set up hitters and make big digs. Frint makes one-arm diving saves to keep plays, but only when necessary. She moves her feet quickly to make the consistent, smooth passes. Frint distributes the ball well at setter finding the hot hands and also setting balls away from double blocks. Frint had 259 assists and 171 digs for the Spartans in the fall, leading them to a 21-12 record and a spot in the 4th Region Tournament.
