What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I love volunteering with the Special Olympics because it allows me to give back in a way that truly matters to me. Having cousins with special needs has taught me patience and compassion. I love to motivate them and other children, showing through my actions what good sportsmanship looks like and helping them believe in their own potential.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have overcome several obstacles while relocating from Arizona to California with my mom from changing schools, joining a new club volleyball team, and meeting new friends and teammates, but the experience has taught me how to adapt and has helped me grow both mentally and spiritually.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a strong, competitive volleyball program where I can grow as both an athlete and a student. I want to be part of a team that pushes me to excel on the court while providing the support and encouragement I need to pursue my dream of a career in medicine.
