Carissa Moses Carissa Moses 5'2" | DS/L AZ left a lasting impression on us throughout the showcase. While she may not be the biggest player on the court, she proves time and time again that size has nothing to do with impact. She covers an incredible amount of ground in the back row, isn’t afraid to hit the floor, and competes for every ball as if the rally depends on it. Her defensive technique is fundamentally sound, her communication is constant, and she does an outstanding job covering her hitters and reading the game. What we loved most was her relentless mentality—there’s never a ball she considers “too hard” to chase down. She plays with unmatched effort, determination, and heart, making the kinds of plays that can completely shift momentum. Carissa’s all-out approach to the game is going to take her a long way, and we’re excited to watch her continue to grow throughout her career.
