Paugh has been Willis’ main player over the last few years and will be even more important for them in her senior season. Originally a middle, she’s been playing as an outside hitter lately so the team can make the most of her offensive power and she has produced even more for them. Her background as a middle allows her to hit a quicker set at the pin with tremendous efficiency, but she also does an excellent job of using her length to put the ball down in out-of-system plays. Paugh is also a great blocker, who reads opponents well and uses her long arms to get in their way and get stops.
