About Caroline

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a vocal, competitive setter who leads on the court and sets the tempo of play. I bring a high-energy, win-driven mentality and am comfortable stepping into any role needed to help the team succeed. My playing style is assertive, composed, and focused on making the right decisions under pressure.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I bring a competitive, disciplined mindset and a strong work ethic to everything I do. I am confident, coachable, and driven to improve, with a team-first approach and a high standard for effort and accountability.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed strong leadership and communication skills through volleyball, along with adaptability, discipline, and decision-making under pressure. I also value giving back by mentoring teammates and representing my teams positively within the community.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that values strong academics, competitive athletics, and a team-oriented culture. I want to be part of a program that emphasizes growth, accountability, and competing at a high level.

Mounce brings a high volleyball IQ to the Cougars. As a hitter, she often figures out the right times to swing hard, tip to shallow parts of the court or aim off blockers for points. She can effectively run the offense, make sound passes and serve aggressively. Mounce had 266 digs, 67 aces, 158 kills and 146 assists in the fall, helping Somerset Christian go 26-9, win the 48th District crown and drive to the 12th Region semifinals.
