Carsyn’s size and athleticism allow her to impact games both in the middle and on the pin. She’s a competitor who elevates her team in long rallies by never giving up on a play. The club season will be a chance for her to polish her timing and decision-making so she can be an even more dominant option as a senior.

Carsyn is currently an unranked prospect in the 2027 Class according to our Prep Dig Georgia State Rankings, but that is only because they have not been released for her state yet.  She plays for Brookstone High School and also club for the COLAVOL volleyball Club program.  You cannot teach height and Miss Galligan has a lot of it.  She has the prototypical frame that will fit in nicely at the next level.  Her upper body is super strong and she uses it very well at the net in both offense and defense.  Armed with shoulders that scream, “you better not test me”, she is a nightmare for opposing hitters when she takes away space while pressing over the net.  What I love about her style is that she has no mercy on the defensive unit that she is going up against.  When she gets the ball, they better be ready because she will unload bombs that are very difficult to guard against.  If the blocker is not in a prime position to play the ball, she will make them pay and score a kill with a tool off of them out of bounds.  If there is a seam or split in the block, I feel sorry for the defender in the back row because the ball will be shot out of a cannon at them.  We think she has a very high ceiling to keep improving and that is scary for anyone she will go up against in the future.  Please help us congratulate her on earning a Top Performer award for this showcase.
