Cartwright is long, athletic, with a great vertical. I saw her explode for a few kills on that RS for Joliet West. She gets a ton of touches at the nets while blocking with arms well over the net. She has long arms and is continuing to get better which is scary. When she times her hits they are kills and big kills. Serves a deep serve while serving making it tricky for back row players to receive.

Cartwright (#40) has a very explosive approach when swinging from the right side. She built up her power by using a 4-step approach, really using her arms to drive her up into the air. When contacting the ball high, she generated impressive torque, putting it down with great power. Her impressive 2-ball out of serve receive is worth noting!!
