The 5’8″ setter from Chief Sealth and SVA is an absolute stat stuffer running the 5-1/. Her quick reactions help her record digs defensively, she ahs a hard to handle serve, and she is a serious threat to score as a setter from front or back row. Lindow works hard at dumping from off the net and pushing pushing shots to the deep corners to put pressure on the defense. Her main job- setting the ball was excellent for SVA during the club season. Lindow sets the slide in excellent locations for her middles and has no problem pushing the ball pin to pin to find quality matchups.

Lindow is having a great season out of the setter spot. The 5’9″ junior is working out of a 5-1 for Seattle Volleyball Academy and has been efficient and high out put as an attacking threat. Her location and connection with her outsides is solid, and she has a good, neutral approach that has been keeping middles honest while SVA runs it’s offense. Lindow checks in as the 22nd ranked setter and 89th overall player in the update.

Setter Lindow is comfortable reversing the flow, sending over a crafty dump, or setting her feet and sending a long set cross-court to keep the offense in system. She has excellent overall skill, with the ability to deliver a flat float serve, go up and drive down an overpass, and play defense before she sets the ball. Lindow is an excellent all-around player.
