Expert Analysis
Rob Howe | Prep Dig Scout
Suhr is a kid I’ve liked as a prospect foe awhile. Maybe she plays well when I’m scouting, but my eyes tell me there’s a nice blend of current abilities with room to grow into more. That was the case when checking out her United 17-1 Premier outfit at the 2026 Nike President’s Day Classic in St. Louis. It was the first time I’d seen her compete in person since the Prep Dig Sizzle at Xtreme Arena back in August. Progress was made as Suhr improved in all areas, but especially in her ability to swing from multiple areas on the court. She can put the ball down at the pin, on the right side or from behind the 10-foot line. Suhr’s overall volleyball skills are getting better, including operating in the back row. She recorded 216 kills (.151), 236 digs and 23.0 blocks for Williamsburg in 2025.

Suhr flies under the volleyball radar because she’s a talented multi-sport athlete that doesn’t play for her club’s top team. That’s by choice, as she tries to balance a busy schedule with other activities. It doesn’t take long watching her with United to pick up on her potential. Her athleticism shines through for her on the court. Suhr’s leaping ability helps her attack and block. Last season, she led a young Williamsburg outfit with 180 kills. She ranked second on the squad with 209 digs.
