Bigger and stronger than Miss Jones, Della makes NCISVBC that much better with her presence. She can hammer any angle no matter where the ball is set, can use brute force to go through or off of blocks and is a point scoring machine who can get on a roll in a hurry. I’d like to see a bit more all-around play from Della, as that will complete her evaluation for college readiness. She’s still available, though, as of this writing, but not for long if she keeps improving like she has this season.

Physical and strong, Della is a Boiler Juniors product that can do a little of everything on the volleyball court. Fully capable of being a six-rotation passer at the next level, She attacks high and hard, has all of the shots in the skill set from both pins, and can read and react well on defense to turn it into transitional offense. Knowing her well-rounded skill set AND her training background, it’s only a matter of time and being in front of the right eyeballs before she earns that commitment.
