Schultz caught our eye at the PrepDig Top 250 Expo earlier this year. Her skill as an all-around asset was apparent, as she exhibited the ability to do it all. When given the opportunity to attack, she displayed a quick arm, getting on top of the ball with an aggressive snap. However, where she shines is when executing the offense as a setter. She has natural hand strength, easily pushing the ball to the pins. Her location consistency to the outside and rightside was noted, setting attackers up for success.

Schultz caught our eye early on during the showcase, thanks to her all-around excellent play during four-square and queens. Schultz brought a tough jump float serve and detonated on the ball when attacking. As a setter, Schultz has nice hands and places her sets well.
