Please welcome Miss Ealy to the prestigious State Rankings.  She is currently ranked as the 85^th best overall prospect in the 2026 Class according to our Prep Dig California State Rankings.  She plays for Mountain House High School and also for the NorCal volleyball club.  While most players would be devastated to have major adversity happen to them in their volleyball career, Ella showed tremendous perseverance and resolve to make sure that she stayed strong at heart to come back from an injury.  She is back and better than ever on the court.  I love that she can run every route that a middle should know with precision.  What stands out about her play is how powerful her arm swing is at the point of contact.  There is a noticeable explosion as the ball rebounds off of her hand and no one on the defensive side of the ball is ever ready for it.  Because she truly understands how to attack the ball around the block so well, she scores with very high efficiency.  I see tons of potential in her game to keep improving and be a big force if her squads run her on a faster tempo more often.  Keep your eye on this young lady as she continues to progress.  Please help us congratulate her on earning a spot in our State Rankings. 

Ella has recently returned from a serious ACL tear that kept her out of competition for over a year. Now, she’s joined a new school at Mountain House HS, been cleared to return to the court, and helped her team become #1 in the league with an 8-1 record. Ella has shown impressive talent, as well as resilience and commitment to the sport.

Ella Elizabeth Ealy Ella Elizabeth Ealy 6'0" | MB/RS Mountain House | 2026 State CA is a determined, strong-willed and difference making prospect. She is a definite GO TO that leads without any issue. Ella has carried teams to victory throughout the high school season and she makes her presence known in the middle of the court offensively and at both pins defensively. During the Top 250 Expo, Ella displayed skills that clearly showed she is provisioning for the next level and she hasn’t even met her full potential. Here jaw-dropping, aggressive middle attacks leave fans and teammates awestruck and her defense at the net is to be noted. Ella will be the one of the best 2026 steals for any college roster!

Ella has been a beast for Palo Verde this season. Standing at 6’0″, she uses every bit of her height and power to crush attacks through and around blocks, and she’s also got a deadly power tip. She piled up a ton of blocks this season and showed off a float serve that earned her team some aces. Ella had some huge performances in big matches and tournaments, helping her team score key wins that pushed them into the playoffs.

Ella has been one of the key players at Palo Verde in her first season on varsity. Her junior year has been nothing short of amazing, posing as a major threat on the net both offensively and defensively. She has been having some really big kills and monster blocks throughout the season. I had the opportunity to watch her in person at the 9th Island Classic, where she made impactful plays and showcased her skills. She is more than just a viral video, she is consistently doing her job to help her team score.

Ella Elizabeth Ealy Ella Elizabeth Ealy 6'0" | MB/RS Mountain House | 2026 State CA is a prominent and dominating Junior who competes with a confidence that will not hinder her! As a middle-blocker, Ella shows absolutely no fear and has no pressure or problem releasing destructive nukes in the middle with unbelievable kills. Ella shows a brilliance on the court when she effectively avoids middle-defenders to score on a regular basis and when tasked with leading her defense, with efficient footwork and communication, she shows up at both pins and definitely detours the middle hitters with a powerful presence that is very intimidating. Ella sets a very high standard for her performance and this was on full display during the Durango Fall Classic.

Ella Ealy has an impressive reach and strong defensive skills at the net. Her physical build and defensive talents make her a serious opponent at the net.
