If you’re trying to be a D1 outside hitter, first you need to LOOK like a D1 outside hitter. Elle has the size, strength, jumping ability and volleyball IQ to do things that shorter outsides just can’t do, all while having the build and experience to understand and sustain an open level of play throughout the remainder of her career. Yes, she’s playing up a year for PHP’s 17-1 squad (the top 17s team in the state, by the way), but the advancement of her skill set has been meteoric since she first attended our Freshman Stock Up Showcase back in the late summer of 2024.

Lengthy and talented, Elle plays for the top 17s team in the state of Indiana as a three rotation outside hitter. Her size alone puts her in the Division 1 discussion, and her meteoric rise in the past 18 months of training has Power Four teams coming to her court regularly throughout this spring. She has dominated our showcases in the past two years, and is showing us how she’s improved playing against some of the best open-level talent in the country this spring.

Elle is a long and lean attacker that’s playing up a year on 17 Open, seeing the majority of her playing time on the left pin. Her high attack touch, length on offense and defense and all-around high volleyball IQ will carry her far in her recruiting, and this high-level training she’s receiving with the older kids is doing nothing but making her that much better.

Playing up a year on PHP’s 17U squad, Elle has received a ton of high-end training while part of the Hoosier Region’s representative at the National level. She’s not playing as much as some of the others on this list, but her physical traits are obvious. Long arms, a high attack point and the ability to hit any angle in any situation at any time will carry her far in this recruiting process. She’s the hidden gem from northern Indiana who will wow someone bold enough to offer a 6’2” outside that still has a ton of play left in her—-all with the physical attributes to play D1 ball.

Cut from a similar cloth as Morgan Gaerte, Elle is a long-and-lean pin attacker that touches at or above ten feet regularly. She’s also developing her serve receive and floor defense, training to complete the solid recruiting package that she’ll become soon. She started as a middle because of her size, but is definitely more of a pin attacker these days, and has shown exactly that regularly in our showcases over the last couple of years.

Poised to be one of the first off the board in her class (commitments can’t come for her until mid June of 2026), Elle is a high-flying and lengthy outside that can terminate at any angle, from any tempo of ball, at any time. Perfect for the three-rotation position at any front row attacking spot, Elle is slowly but surely working on her floor defense and serve receive, completing the recruiting package that make her an elite prospect in the class of ‘28. As the reigning Avoli Committed Athlete of our most recent showcase, she’s ready for the big time, and is only getting stronger and better from here.

The most recent Avoli Committed Athlete Award winner for our Exposure Tour last month, Elle is a long and lean six-rotation outside that can change a match quickly. Able to terminate from anywhere, Miss Boser looks the part of a D1 player, and is getting more and more athletic as the years roll on.

Talk about traveling a long way for club practice! Elle is a big, physical and lengthy outside that does everything at an above average clip for both her age group and her position. More of an outside than a middle, she’s cut from the same cloth as Morgan Gaerte, the Angola product who recently transferred to Kentucky after an All-ACC run with Notre Dame. She’s dominated our showcases she’s attended, and recently earned the Avoli Committed Athlete award for the Indiana Exposure Tour. A great player, kid and teammate, Elle’s future is VERY bright, and should be a fun watch this coming club season.

Although listed as a middle as well, Elle is a clear six-rotation outside hitter, seemingly cut from the same cloth as Morgan Gaerte. Long, lean and terminal, Elle was head-and-shoulders the best our Exposure Tour had to offer, and was relentless in her work ethic, physicality and communication. She’s been to our showcases before, but a significant jump up in her talent and athleticism earned her this award. Congrats to Elle, and I look forward to watching her grow even more in the upcoming club season.

Remove the “MB” portion of her position, because Elle is a full-grown, six-rotation outside in the making. Her length makes her look that much bigger than everyone else, while her athletic acuity has her moving with a smoothness that’s unexpected for both her size and age. Energy abounds for Miss Boser as well, as she brought the heat from the first ball to the last. She’ll be fun to watch develop on PHP’s 17-1 this spring.
