About Elliana

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a player who focuses on helping my team succeed do their best, rather than trying to make it about me. I work very hard and my goal when I step on the court is to win!

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

As a setter, being a leader on the court is something I always strive for. I always try my hardest to have a positive but competitive mindset on the court. I am a very coachable player and always want to learn the most from every coach and mentor.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Outside of volleyball, I participate in National Junior Honors Society, help with community service, on Honor Roll, and have received two Golden Scholar Awards for academics.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have learned through coaches and teammates over the years that it is important to be a leader and to always put in all your effort.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

My biggest challenge in volleyball is my mental game. When I’m not in my head I always play my best!

What type of college are you looking for?

My goal for college volleyball is to play at the highest level I can while also pursuing a good academic experience.
