About Ellie

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I would describe my gameplay style is that i’m a well rounded player that can play multiple positions. I’m hardworking and confident on the court. I know every rotation for every position and have court IQ.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a very confident and positive person. I love to cheer my teammates on whether i’m on or off the court.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Yes, I just graduated 8th grade as one of the valedictorians of my school. I was also part of the SSA (Safe School Ambassadors) at my school.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed leadership skills by being in SSA at my school. Those skills vary from being kind and accepting of others, while maintaining my faith and values.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One challenge I have faced was changing schools at the end of 6th grade. I came from a private Christian school to a public JR High knowing only a handful of people. That was a challenge because I had to go out of my comfort zone to meet new people but now some of them are my best friends.

What type of college are you looking for?

A type of college i’m looking for is that they would have a great academic program and sports/volleyball program.
