She takes pride in staying engaged defensively as a setter, calling it one of her favorite parts of the game, which speaks to her competitiveness and all-around mindset. Emily is currently focused on improving her decision-making, working to be clearer and more precise in how she runs the offense. Her primary goal this club season is to get recruited for college, and she is approaching that process with effort, resilience, and a willingness to keep growing.

Emily played with a level of composure and decision-making that made her feel like a veteran presence on the floor. Her set placement was incredibly consistent today—floating middles into rhythm, isolating pins with well-timed releases, and disguising her dumps just enough to keep defenders honest. Defensively, Emily anchored the backcourt with sharp reads and quick recoveries, rarely letting a free ball drop without a fight.
