Emma Howard Emma Howard 5'7" | S/OH Fosston | 2030 State MN brings some juice to the offense when she has the ball in her hands. She plays with tempo, gets the ball out quickly, and keeps her hitters ready because the attack can come from different spots. I like the confidence she shows in her decisions and her willingness to keep pushing the offense. She also brings another dimension to the net, giving her more ways to impact a rally than simply delivering the second contact. Howard plays with an energy that is easy to notice, especially for a freshman running the show. ~Theresa@prepdigdakotas

Emma Howard Emma Howard 5'7" | S/OH Fosston | 2030 State MN already plays with the composure of an upperclassman. Her hands are quiet and efficient, and she delivers tempo with consistent location across the net. What separates her is her ability to transition from distributor to offensive option without hesitation. When she rotates front row, she becomes a legitimate scoring threat—attacking second contact with confidence and making blockers stay disciplined. She squares her shoulders well on release and does a strong job disguising direction. ~Theresa @prepdigdakotas

This month, watch how she controls pace in transition. Her ability to move off the net, reset her feet, and still deliver a hittable ball will be a major separator.
