Well-rounded six-rotation outside hitter with excellent court awareness.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

- competitive - determined - smart - hard-working

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

FCA- Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Math League Yearbook

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Leadership in the classroom when teaching my peers, or on the court during a game. I am very involved in the community, my school required 80 service hours for graduation. As a sophomore I had already surpassed 80 service hours, now my new goal is reaching 160 service hours so I can earn a purple rope for graduation.

What type of college are you looking for?

Medium-sized campus that is ideally within 6-8 hours from home.

Standing at 6’0″, Thein brings a heavy arm and a variety of shots including sharp angles. She excels under pressure and is a reliable go-to scoring option when matches are on the line. Thein is considered the top-ranked right side in her class and is praised for being a complete six-rotation weapon who contributes significantly to blocking and ball control, allowing her to take over matches with her power and relentless competitiveness.
