Mia Post Mia Post 5'3" | DS/L MACCRAY | 2027 State MN has been putting on a show defensively. There are a lot of balls finding their way back up when Post is around, and that has been a theme for her early this season. She reads the swing, gets moving, and isn’t afraid to go get a ball outside of her area. When you look at what she’s been doing already this fall, it’s hard not to get excited about the start she’s having. ~Theresa@prepdigdakotas

Mia Post Mia Post 5'3" | DS/L MACCRAY | 2027 State MN anchored the back row with elite defensive reads and first-contact control. She consistently put her team in system with clean serve-receive passes and made several high-difficulty digs look routine. Mia’s anticipation and positioning stood out—she was always in the right spot at the right time. Her ability to extend rallies and stay composed under pressure showed exactly why she’s ready to make an impact at the next level. ~Theresa @prepdigdakotas
