One of the most overlooked middles in the 2027 class. Emory is ridiculously quick in the middle, from closing the pins to getting off the floor, she is going full force all the time. Love watching her transition from blocking to hitting because it’s so fluid and quick. She gets her position and does it exceptionally well. Plays well above her 5’11” height because of her speed and quickness off the floor, making her one fun middle to watch. Plays with HPSTL 16 Royal and at Westminster Academy.

Let’s trek over to the St. Louis area. Freesmeier represented HPSTL 15 Orange during this year’s club season and amassed an impressive highlight tape at the middle blocker spot. She brings infectious energy and competitiveness to the floor, even if she’s competing with unfamiliar teammates at a showcase. Freesmeier’s quick, explosive approach gives opposing blockers little time to set up and defend her.
