Alexander, a sophomore, competes for the top 18U team for Team Atlantis. Her abilities in the middle fill a need for this group as she continues to use her athleticism well to develop her tools on both sides of the ball. She can score with her arm through quick options by finding space and driving the ball through it. Her length is also a big asset defensively as she can extend high and over the net to put good pressure on opposing hitters. More efficient transition will make her available with more time to approach while increasing her range of options to swing.

Ezra dominated for the Fairlawn Jets in their season opener against the Graham Falcons in the first week of games. She filled the stat sheet with 6 aces, 7 kills, 6 digs, and 1 block. Beyond her performance, she consistently motivated her teammates, celebrating their big plays and showing true leadership throughout the game.

Alexander had a solid first season for Fairlawn as a freshman in 2024. With nearly 150 kills on the season, she averaged 1.9 k/s earning all-league honorable mention recognition. With her tools coming off a club season with Team Atlantis, she will likely increase that output this next fall. At 5’11, she approaches aggressively and uses compact but fast arm to swing with good power when on time.

The 5’11 Alexander has some good tools as an offensive middle. Her effort to get off the net in transition is aggressive and purposeful to get herself into good situations to be able to approach and take the big swings she is capable of producing. Along with good power, she has good awareness and arm control to be able to swing through both sides of the court. Alexander was part of the core offensive trio for Fairlawn this past fall as she earned 147 kills for nearly two kills per set for a solid freshman season.

Alexander is another 2028 that earned significant playing time for her varsity squad. The Fairlawn product earned nearly two kills per set while leading the Jets in total blocks on the season. At 5’11, she has the ability to score from all locations across the net as she uses a high elbow contact to help maximize her contact point. As her Fairlawn team utilized her in a variety of options, this will increase her versatility going forward. As she gains more experience for Team Atlantis over the upcoming club season, her progress in developing her timing and spacing across all phases will benefit her point scoring efficiency. She is competitive and has a good foundation in her skills.
