About Fiona
Expert Analysis
Austin Kingsley | Prep Dig Scout
Let’s linger in the Kansas City area. Dorsey is another name that has climbed Kansas’ freshman charts in multiple categories. Her attacking reps have yielded positive results, with about a kill per set on a 0.214 clip. But perhaps Dorsey’s best weapon in her debut season has been some exceptional backcourt defense. STA has already received over 100 digs from this dynamic defender, and Dorsey’s calm passing platform has been equally impactful. Teams have levied plenty of service pressure on the Thunder’s first-year starter, but Dorsey has been up to the task. Her recent club tenure with KC Power 14-1 has prepared her for any high-pressure moments in the Kansas City spotlight.
