Barker will lead Madfrog 16’s N Green in the 16 Open division of this week’s event. The top prospect in her age group in Texas according to our Prep Dig State Rankings, she joined the team this season and took it to another level with her all-around game. Barker is an absolute difference-maker at the net and she’s extremely difficult to stop, being a hitter that combines impressive explosiveness to get off the floor and make contact with the ball and endless resources to put the ball down and beat blockers. Another remarkable aspect of Barker’s game is her consistency as very rarely she allows for her playing level to drop in any aspect. The outside hitter also gets the job done on the backcourt, playing with great determination and intelligence.

She was one of the most talked-about names in the Lone Star State in the last club season and for good reason as she showed all the tools to develop into a great player as she continues to progress. Her game is already extremely well-rounded as she’s a player capable of making a difference on both sides of the ball. Barker is very explosive on the court, but also has impressive technical resources, which she’s been sharpening while playing on the sand. Besides that, she’s also very focused and determined on the court and produces at an extremely consistent level.
