About Georgia

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I work hard to have solid mechanics that deliver consistently. I move well at every position on the court to be in the right place at the right time. I challenge at the net and go for the block. I keep swinging hard, don’t back down, and find a way to hit the ball effectively against a variety of defenders.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Easygoing. I bring the focus on the positive. I work hard, put in the extra reps, and then enjoy the time I have earned on the court. I support my teammates and make sure they have what they need to be their best. I bring the joke to break the tension.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

DECA Women in Sports Finance

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am known as the team builder. I keep the team focused on where we need to be and not on the negativity of any down moment. I keep the harmony among a team of high skill and highly opinionated top players.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Moved from Florida to Washington my freshman year. I had to reestablish myself as a top player at a new club (WVBA) and my high school (LWHS). I made Varsity at my high school and the top U15 open team at WVBA.

Terrell delivers precision passes in serve receive, and is willing to take the seam and more than her share of the court. She is dedicated to playing defense in the middle back, and has good vision and feel for the game. As an attacker, she has power and shots, making her tough to stop. Terrell continues to improve and should have a massive year for Lake Washington.
