Please officially welcome Miss Bogan to the State Rankings. She is currently ranked as the 91st best overall prospect in the 2026 Class according to our Prep Dig California State Rankings. She plays for Rocklin High School and also plays for the SynergyForce volleyball club. There are certain volleyball players who are lethal from any location on the court and that is exactly who Gianna is. Her trademark deep touch point and picturesque approach look like poetry in motion as she glides through the air. G is a true six rotation outside hitter who really helps her squad while in the back row. Her middle back defense can cover all thirty feet laterally from sideline to sideline to make sure that every attack is covered. She uses some fantastic court vision to play defense and is always in a great position to play the ball as she sets up early due to her great read on the hitter. By using her hands on defense for high driven balls, she shows a very vast range to dig. We love everything she does on the court and there is no doubt in my mind that she will be a force for UC Davis next season when she steps on campus. Please help us congratulate her on earning a spot amongst the top players in our State Rankings.

, an outside hitter from SynergyForce 17 National 1 and a UC Davis commit, is excited to showcase her leadership and dedication on the court at the UA Next Volleyball Camp. She values the opportunity to work alongside other talented athletes and is looking forward to building connections through competition, communication, and shared goals.
Being invited back to this camp for a third time is a meaningful honor for Gianna. She thrives in the high-energy atmosphere and loves competing in an environment where every player shares the same drive and competitive mindset. For her, it’s more than just a camp, it’s a space to grow, compete, and be surrounded by elite-level intensity.
If she could bring one teammate with her, it would be her longtime setter, Isabella Rasi Isabella Rasi 5'10" | S Del Oro | 2026 CA . The two have built a strong connection through years of playing together, and Gianna knows that sharing this experience with her would make it even more memorable and fun. ~ Michelle Bamford @Coachable247

I was motivated to attend the ASU Camp because it’s an amazing school with an equally amazing volleyball program. I have always been a big fan of ASU volleyball! By going to this camp, I wanted to build my connections with the coaches and players and learn how they play volleyball.
This camp taught me how to play a really fast offensive game of volleyball and, just as importantly, how to play against it. The camp helped me become an even better all-around player!
A memorable experience from the camp was getting to play with the college players and their 2025 commits. It was such a competitive and supportive atmosphere. It’s so fun to play with so many athletes who have a competitive mindset.
My advice to other high school players considering going to a college camp is to do it! It’s a great way to put yourself out there and show your interest in the school. For those going to camps, don’t be afraid to be the first one in the huddle or the loudest person there. Talent can get you far, but coaches love to see players who lift their teammates to success. Be the person who stands out and is memorable! Always introduce yourself to the coaches!
I plan to keep in touch and continue communicating because communication is key! Provided to Michelle Bamford @ PrepDig

Our SynergyForce club season has been good. We play a fast style of volleyball. We have to because we play against the toughest competition in the country. There are some amazing volleyball players out there. We’ve played in the NIT Triple Crown, MEQ, next is the Red Rock Rave in Vegas and we close our qualifier season at FarWesterns in Reno. We want to be awarded a bid to Nationals in Las Vegas in July. Our goal as a team is to compete at our highest level and when doing that we can earn that bid. We have a moto for this year it is “Play Free Be L.I.T” L.I.T stands for Loud, Intentional, and Trusting.
We have fun with it. It also keeps us united. A few personal goals for this season are to showcase the best of my abilities, continue to learn and get better every day. I have a strong desire to play at the next level in college. Now with the PVF it is motivating to see how far I can take volleyball. My teammate and I have put in so much hard work on and off the court and it is paying off! Quote Provided to Michelle Bamford @ PrepDig
