Foy is a defensive spark plug, and the Squalicum sophomore delivered when she was in the serve receive rotation. She had great communication with her team, and her energy was easy to see on the court. Foy played libero late in the season during the school season, giving Apex NW another player who knows what it takes to play the demanding position.

Foy plays with all out hustle for her SIVA team, the freshman from Squalicum has quick feet that help her run down shots to the corners of the court. She was solid stepping in and setting the second ball with her platform, against PSVBA she found her outside hitter in a good location for an out of system swing. Foy sets her feet in anticipation of the swing, she does not waste movement guessing on the attacker.
