Hardersen is another setter who has been able to score points along with dishing plenty of assists in her high school and club career. A setter for Iowa PowerPlex and Des Moines Christian, her big lefty handed swing has been key for Des Moines Christian where they have made it a habit to make it to the state tournament during her career. In 2023 she had 475 assists and over 300 kills, hitting over .350 which is highly efficient for a pin attacker. Hardersen will play in the Missouri Valley Conference for Indiana State where she will make two trips back home to Drake and Northern Iowa each season.

Hardersen joins Rogers in being one of the state’s top setters. Hardersen is left-handed with height, length and explosion off the court. She swings with power and precision. Hardersen could play right-side in plenty of programs. I think that would be wasting a really good setter, though. She continues improving that part of her game with excellent upside there. Every time I see her play in person, I leave impressed and wondering why there’s not more college attention.
