Hailey values the experience not just for the competition, but for the connection. “That was the best team I’ve ever been on. Playing with my best friends for the first time is something I’ll never forget.” The experience deepened her love for the game and reaffirmed her desire to keep growing as both a teammate and a player.

Hailey Flickinger Hailey Flickinger 5'11" | OH/RS Jupiter | 2029 State FL earned MVP honors at the SoCal PrepDig Freshman Showcase for her smart, vocal presence and her ability to execute with precision and power. A strategic attacker with great hand-eye coordination, Hailey brought a controlled but deadly swing to the right side, placing the ball with intention and making defenders guess wrong time and again.

She was one of the top hitters in the gym, not only because of her physical tools, but because she understood how to work with her setter, create scoring angles, and find open space.
