Bargen is perhaps an unsung hero of Superior’s 2024 championship effort. Her multi-position impact was on full display as the Wildcats toppled EMF for the Class D1 title. Bargen hits a lethal quick ball out of the middle but can also play excellent backcourt defense. This specialty role has become increasingly common on the small-town scene, and Bargen will likely lay the foundation for future Superior success.

Bargen is a true all-around gem in the Superior lineup. She has seen plenty of stints at outside hitter, giving the Wildcats a spark in the frontcourt. But Bargen can also lock down the back row as a defensive specialist and has produced some of the most impressive numbers in her class. Her 5.2 digs per set is just a continuation of Bargen’s massive impact on the Superior program.
