Hartwick is a right side attacker that is poised for the next level. She has a smooth, quick arms swing with a big range that lets her get her hands on just about every ball that is sent her way. She takes big rips, doesn’t back down, and will use blockers to her advantage. What I really like about Hartwick is her ability to adjust to the defense and read the court to find the areas that are open. When defenses adapt to her, she will adjust again to keep them on their toes and continue her scoring spree.

Just a Sophomore, Harlow has already made a huge impact this fall season for Duluth East. Hartwick tallied over 250 kills across the span of 28 match, 14 of which she reached 10+ kills. Her ability to be a weapon not only at the net, but also in the back row sets her apart from others. I have no doubt that Harlow’s heavy arm and aggressive swing will take her places, and we are excited to see what she will bring to the Expo!

Hartwick is a dynamic player who can pass and attack when she’s in front row or back row. Her athleticism is a huge plus and she takes an aggressive approach and big swing on the ball. I love that she isn’t afraid to take a rip and standout.

Hartwick is a lengthy lefty who does a nice job of going off the high hands of a block. She can really contribut from anywhere but she takes a huge swing and she is fundamentally sound. Hartwick had a chance to show her ability to pass to attack and terminate as well.
