Harper Reilly is a young 2031 outside hitter who already plays with plenty of confidence. Even at this stage, her mechanics give us a lot to like. Reilly primarily attacks from the right side, but she is not limited to one spot. She can pass and attack from both pins, which gives her plenty of room to grow into a versatile offensive weapon. Her ability to contribute in different areas is what makes her especially intriguing. She brings a strong foundation, competes across the court, and continues to show comfort wherever she is needed. As Reilly gets closer to the high school level, this is a name we will be watching closely. She has the tools to become a big-time threat, and her development will be one to follow!

Reilly is a strong outside with a big windup that helps her create a high reach when attacking. She uses her approach to get herself up and gives herself a good opportunity to attack over the net. One detail that stands out is how she uses the block. Understanding how to work around and off the hands of defenders is a valuable skill, especially at this stage. Reilly is already beginning to recognize those opportunities and use them to her advantage.
