The Dripping Springs High School standout starred at opposite for the U.S. and also made it to the tournament’s Dream Team as the best player in the position. Henderson, who typically plays outside hitter for her club team Austin Skyline, started all nine U.S. matches in the tournament and was the team’s third-best scorer, with 106 points. Anderson delivered seven points in the gold medal match and was very solid with her production, getting to double digits in scoring in seven of her nine appearances.

Anderson was part of the Austin Skyline 17 Royal team that tied for fifth with three wins and four losses. One of the top prospects in the country, she’s well-known because of her offensive power and she didn’t disappoint in that area of the game, scoring at a great clip from the left, the right and even the middle – she hit a slide that many middles would happily take credit for. Anderson showed she continues to improve in other areas of the game and looks much more confident and productive on the backcourt. Her blocking has also developed significantly as she’s now capable of making great use of her long arms to press opponents, get stuffs and force them into making errors.

The top prospect in our Class of 2026 Prep Dig State Rankings, Anderson was a key element in Dripping Springs’ championship-winning squad last season. With some seniors graduating after their last campaign, it was expected her role with the team would be even bigger this time around and preseason has just confirmed that. Anderson has tallied 138 kills in the first 26 sets of the season, helping her team win its first 11 matches while dropping just two sets. She started the season with 21 kills in a four-set win over Rouse a week ago and never looked back, delivering 16 in a two-set match against Ursuline Academy over the weekend.
