She is a 6’0” setter and right side from Dripping Springs High School who competes for Austin Performance Volleyball Club. She offers a unique combination of size and versatility that allows her to impact the game in multiple roles. As a setter, Kate delivers a consistent ball and shows the ability to run an offense with tempo while making smart decisions. Her size gives her an added advantage at the net, where she can be a blocking presence and an offensive option when needed. On the right side, she shows the ability to terminate with a strong and controlled swing. She reads the game well and transitions smoothly between roles, which speaks to her volleyball IQ. From a coaching standpoint, her adaptability and physical tools make her a valuable asset in different systems. Kate is a player with a high ceiling as she continues to refine both sides of her game.
