More importantly, she understands why it works. When defenders commit to her, somebody else becomes available. That kind of court vision changes offenses.

Ilona comes back to relationships, leadership, and maximizing the strengths of whoever is hot in the moment. She talked about giving 110 percent every play, contributing across all six rotations, and building trust with teammates.
