Running a fast-tempo, read-based offense, she delivers consistent, hittable balls to every attacker and shows exceptional timing with her middles, creating a balanced, hard-to-predict attack.

What separates Izzy is her ability to diagnose defenses mid-match and adjust her sets to exploit matchups, whether it’s accelerating tempo to the pins, feeding the hot hand, or using her own dump and attack options to keep blockers off balance. She competes with a relentless motor and thrives in pressure situations, often taking control of the match when her team needs it most.

Izzy is an incredibly talented setter who was 1st Team All-State and made the All-Tournament Team for state this past season. She is a gamer who makes the tough plays look easy and is relentless on the court. Her connections with her middles are seamless. One thing that really stands out about Izzy is her ability to make in-game adjustments that give her team an advantage in the match.

Izzy and her Air team beat Penguins 16 Elite in the championship of the 17 Club division of the Nike President’s Day Cup in Milwaukee. After dropping their first match of the tournament, Air went undefeated for the next seven matches. Izzy was a key piece of this team. She is very fluid on the court and makes great on-court adjustments, which only comes with the experience she has worked hard to establish. Her connection with her middles was fun to watch – she could find her middles even from off the net or when she was on the move.

Izzy is a setter who runs the court very well. She was definitely the quarterback for her team throughout the state tournament, and she delivered. She had 36 assists in the championship match and was nearly unstoppable. Whether it was a perfect pass or she was on the move, Izzy consistently found great options in a match that lasted 2 hours and 16 minutes.
