As a middle blocker, she dominates at the net with smart attacks and powerful blocks that shut down opposing hitters. Jalynn’s passion for the game is evident in everything she does on the court; she plays with purpose and is always intentional with her ball placement, increasing her chances of getting a kill.

Beyond her impressive front-row skills, she also has a strong serve that keeps opponents on their toes. But what really sets Jalynn apart is her leadership and energy—whether she’s on the court or cheering from the sidelines, she’s always lifting up her teammates. Jalynn is currently uncommitted.

Jalynn just wrapped up her final high school season as a back-to-back state champion, capping off an incredible career with Durango. Throughout her time on the team, she’s been a key player in the middle, delivering powerful attacks and making game-changing blocks. Her serve has also been a standout, keeping the team alive in several crucial moments during their state championship run. With her passion and high-energy play, Jalynn is always a player you can’t take your eyes off of.

Jalynn entered her senior season as a state champion, and with her contributions to her team’s success this year, she has a good chance of repeating. She has been on varsity since her freshman season and is currently enjoying the best hitting percentage of her career. Edwards had a huge match against Palo Verde at the end of September, tallying 11 kills and helping her squad secure the win. When she’s not on the court, you can always find her cheering for her teammates and showcasing their highlights on social media, providing unwavering support both on and off the court.
